1. 1Agencies pay per caseEach case you open (a new permit, extension or change) is paid once, in the month it's opened. Family members and practice cases are free, and an extension on a case you already have isn't a new case. Monitored permit holders cost a little a month. Pay as you go has no monthly fee; Starter (5 cases and 50 holders a month), Team (15 and 150) and Scale (from 50 and 500, a 12-month term) include cases and holders, then charge for each extra one.
2. 2EmployersCompany covers 25 people on a permit, then a price per person. Monitor is for employers whose people already hold a permit: 10 holders included, then a price per holder; it doesn't cover people in an application.
3. 3Free to startAfter the 30-day trial, an agency keeps one real case free, once, and as many practice cases as it likes. A company's first hire is free (Free start), counted over the life of the workspace: closing or removing a case doesn't give it back. No card needed; choose a plan when you need more.
4. 4Kronor or euros, monthly or yearlyYour workspace is billed in kronor if your main country bills in kronor, in euros otherwise; ask us to change it. Pay yearly and you pay 10 months' price for 12. Workspaces that start paying yearly before 1 January 2027 get 25% off the first year instead. Extra cases and holders are billed as they happen: on a monthly plan with the plan, on a yearly plan on a separate invoice from Settio each month, for the cases opened in the last 30 days and the holders past what's included.
5. 5When prices changeIf your workspace started before the October 2026 prices, Settings → Plan and billing and Home show a notice, and your Admins get an email, 30 days before the new prices apply. It lists what changes line by line and offers the yearly plan at the new price. Prices are indexed once a year, with 60 days' notice.
6. 6Choose a planSettings → Plan and billing: pick Monthly or Yearly, then Choose plan (agencies also reach it from Billing → Your plan → Compare plans). Pay by card, or tell us who to invoice; we confirm by email within one working day, and everything keeps working meanwhile.
