1. 1Your planBilling opens on Your plan: what the last 30 days cost on your Settio plan, in words first (the cases you opened and how many were included), a bar for the included cases, your plan and its price, and where your invoices are (the billing portal when you pay by card, your email when we invoice you). Compare plans opens Settings → Plan and billing, where you change it.
2. 2Set your pricesBilling → Prices. The authority's fees (in Sweden, Migrationsverket's) are passed on at cost; your services carry VAT.
3. 3Agree client pricesOn a client, set a discount or specific prices from your framework agreement.
4. 4QuoteA new case gets a quote drafted from the prices. The client approves it in Settio.
5. 5Bill at milestonesLines appear on their own when a case reaches each milestone: application submitted, permit granted, arrival. Billing → Invoicing clients shows the month per client (what it covers, the amount, lines still to export) and every line; export the month as CSV for your accounting system.
6. 6Relocation servicesHome search, school search and partner job-search support bill when their relocation topic is done; accompanied appointments bill one line each. Set each client's relocation policy on its Billing tab. Moving a household up a tier drafts the lines for newly included topics.
