Invite your team and choose roles

Everyone gets their own login and a role that decides what they can do.

  1. 1Three roles, everywhereEvery workspace has the same roles: Admin, Member and Viewer. Admins do everything, including the team and settings. Members do the everyday work. Viewers can look but not change anything.
  2. 2What a Member doesAt an agency or a company that runs its own cases, Members run cases: start hires, work on steps and documents. At a company whose cases an agency runs, Members (and Admins) send documents and payroll, sign for the company, approve move estimates, follow progress and ask the agency for new cases; the agency does the case work. Elsewhere only Admins approve move estimates; Members approve vendor quotes and invoices up to the approval limit in the relocation policy. Each role's line in the invite dialog says what it means in your workspace.
  3. 3InviteSettings → People in your team → Invite. Paste one email or several; the dialog lists what each role can and can't do. At a company whose cases an agency runs, Members can invite colleagues as Member or Viewer too.
  4. 4They acceptThey choose their own password, or click Continue with Google with the Google account of the invited address. Pending invitations show whether they've been opened; we remind them once after 3 days. With single sign-on, invited people can also just sign in through your identity provider.
  5. 5Change roles laterAdmins click someone's role to change it, or remove someone; it applies at their next page load. A workspace always keeps at least one Admin. At an agency's client, both the client's Admins and the agency can do this.
  6. 6EmployeesThe person moving never needs an account: they use their personal portal link to follow their plan, upload documents and payslips, and sign.
