To review: every decision in one list
One list of what waits for a person's decision across your people (and an agency's clients): files the document check flagged, identity documents held back, document checks nobody marked fine and people ready to sign off.
- 1Open To reviewTo review in the menu (or the To review group on Home) lists everything that waits for a decision, the longest wait first: a file Settio found a problem with or is unsure about, an identity document whose details couldn't be read, a document check where two documents disagree, an employee's reply about a document, and a person whose case is ready for review. The tabs split files, problems, replies and sign-offs; Showing switches between everyone's and yours.
- 2Read the itemEach item says what it is, why it is there, what the check read (quoted from the document), the suggested fix, whose case it is and how long it has waited. Settio's checks can be wrong; you decide.
- 3DecideAsk sends the employee a new-version request in their own language (Edit changes the message; Undo in the top bar stops it for a few seconds). Accept anyway and Mark fine ask for a short reason, kept with your name. Not an identity document sends a held file to the usual check. Mark handled closes an employee's reply. Open goes to the person. On a computer the keys J and K move, A accepts, R asks, F marks fine, H marks a reply handled, S signs off and O opens.
- 4Sign off with only the changesA person ready for review shows what changed since the last sign-off and which files only Settio checked, not a person. Mark ready to file records your name and the time.
- 5Workload per consultantAgencies see how many items each consultant has and how long the oldest has waited; click one to see only theirs. People has a To review filter under More filters.
An item leaves the list as soon as someone decides: accepts or turns a file down, marks a check fine, asks for a new version or signs the case off.
