The fastest route from a new workspace to your first real result.
- 1Try it on the practice caseA fictional hire with a real permit plan for your country, ready the moment you sign up. Click around freely: it's left out of reports, billing and reminders.
- 2Import the people already on a permitUpload a spreadsheet with names, nationalities and permit end dates. The health check then shows expiries, salary risks and passports running out.
- 3Start your first real hireAnswer a few questions about the person and the job. Settio builds the plan, the deadlines and the list of documents.
- 4Invite your teamAdd HR colleagues and whoever approves hires, each with a role that fits what they do.
The "Get started" card on Home ticks itself off as you go: 3 to 5 steps, each one tap to the right place. Agencies get their own (main country, team, first client, first case, playbook), and so do the people at a client company (first person, a colleague, company documents).
Nothing is forced. Skip any welcome question, or Skip setup on Home to hide the card (Undo brings it straight back).
Changed your mind? Show the setup guide again, under Settings → Name, password and language or at the bottom of this help panel, puts the card back on Home and brings closed tips back. Steps you already did stay ticked.

Settio can make mistakes. Spotted one? The bug icon at the bottom of the sidebar (and next to the document check, letter readings and the trip assistant) sends it to us with the page you were on. Add your email if you'd like a reply. Employees have the same icon in the portal, next to the gear.
