Import people and run a health check
See every risk in your current workforce in minutes: expiries, salaries below the terms, passports running out.
- 1Upload a spreadsheetAt least name, nationality and permit end date. Salary, occupation code and passport expiry make the check sharper.
- 2Match the columnsSettio suggests which column is which (Swedish headings work too). Fix anything it got wrong.
- 3Fix problems in placeRows with missing or odd values are highlighted. Edit them in the table or remove them before importing.
- 4Read the health checkReports → Health: risks grouped by how urgent they are. Print it or save it as a PDF for leadership. While a company is still on its trial or the free plan, the report ends with the Monitor plan, which keeps the same checks running every month (Settings → Plan & billing).
An import can be undone if you uploaded the wrong file.
The free health check on Settio's website reads your list in your browser and sends nothing. Creating a workspace from there opens this import: pick the same file again for the full check.
