One login, several workspaces
Work for more than one company or agency? Switch between them without signing in again.
- 1Get invitedAsk the other workspace's admin to invite the email you already use. Accepting adds it to your login.
- 2SwitchClick the workspace name at the top of the sidebar and pick another one. Settings shows the same switch in the card at the top.
- 3Sign outSettings opens with a card about you, with Change my details and Sign out. On a phone, Sign out is at the bottom of Settings. It is also next to your name at the bottom of the sidebar (in the menu on phones).
- 4LeaveSettings → Name, password and language → Your workspaces. You can't leave your only workspace, or one where you're the only owner.
Forgot a password? Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page: Settio emails a link that works once, for 30 minutes, and the new password signs you out on other devices. An account that signs in with Google is told so instead. Changing your password in Settings → Name, password and language does the same: your other devices are signed out, this one stays signed in, and Settio emails you that it changed.
Different logins (say, a personal and a work email) are separate accounts: sign out and sign in with the other one.
