Posting a worker within Europe
A worker posted by a foreign employer must be declared in the host country, carry an A1 (or a certificate under a social security agreement) and is watched at 12 and 18 months. Settio dates each of these and warns before they are missed.
- 1Mark the person as postedIn the wizard, choose a posting as how the person is employed, or add the details in Details → Posting: the home employer, its country and the posting's dates.
- 2Declare the postingWhere the country's content names its declaration (SIPSI, the Meldeportal-Mindestlohn, RUT, Limosa and others), the plan has a dated step to declare the posting with a link to the service. The Posting card says by when, who files it and which postings need none.
- 3Record it once filedEdit posting and enter the day it was declared and the reference. That ticks off the declaration step and stops the reminder.
- 4Get the certificateRecord the A1 or the certificate of coverage on the same card, with its dates. Settio warns before the posting starts without one, and before the certificate ends.
- 5Watch the long postingsFrom the dates, Settio warns before 12 and 18 months, when more of the host country's employment terms apply, and before the longest posting the certificate allows.
From 14 days before the declaration is due, an unrecorded declaration shows as a high-risk item; once the day has passed it turns critical.
The card lists the documents to keep available during the posting, and the representative or contact person the country asks for, where its official pages say so.
In Norway the client reports the assignment and the sending employer reports the workers, within 14 days of the first day of work, so the date falls after the start.
