Monitoring
Reports: monthly, permits, audit, health, quality, team and exports
Every report in one place: what was done this month, whose permit ends soon, compliance evidence, workforce risks and CSV exports.
- 1Open ReportsReports in the sidebar opens with five questions: How did this month go? (Monthly), Which permits run out soon? (Permits), Can I show we followed the rules? (Audit), Is anyone at risk? (Health) and I need a list in Excel (Exports). Click a question to open its report. Agencies pick "Our workspace" or a client at the top right; every report then shows that client, carrying your brand. A client's page links straight to its reports. Where your people move to more than one country, Choose countries narrows a report to one.
- 2MonthlyThe month in short comes first: one sentence, then how many new people started their move, how many decisions came in, who arrived and how many steps are late right now (with the one late longest, and Open to go to that person). Below it, the full report: work done, decisions and processing times, upcoming expiries and extensions, issues found and fixed, settling in (median days from arrival to an ID number, bank account, a permanent home and a preschool or school place, with the average check-in score) and employee feedback: the Net Promoter Score and how many answered over the last 90 days, the spread of scores, and the month's comments without names (unless the employee chose to share theirs). Last month is shown by default; pick another. Save as PDF, or Share link (also Copy the link under Send it to your manager) for a 30-day read-only link that opens without signing in. Practice cases are never counted.
- 3PermitsHow many permits end in the next four months, then everyone on a permit, soonest end first, with the days left. Filter by business unit, Download for Excel, or save it as a PDF.
- 4AuditEach active permit holder's salary months against the permit terms and the minimum in force, open issues and powers of attorney. Each name opens that person's permit report. Printable for internal audit, a union or the authority.
- 5Health and ExportsHealth: risks across everyone on a permit (expiries, salaries, passports) and who may qualify for permanent residence. Exports: people on a permit as CSV, and the quality numbers where Quality is on; Admins also download the audit log (who did and saw what), and agency Admins the month's invoice basis.
- 6QualityFor workspaces in the early-features pilot: how well the work is going over the last 30 days against the 30 before. Time to ready, how long flagged files wait for review, files per document, rejected documents with no new file after a week, supplement requests, how often you agreed with the document check, findings marked fine and documents fixed in the portal without a reminder; each tile says what it measures. Under the tiles, What authorities asked for lists the items of supplement requests by document or kind of check, most cases first. Findings marked fine count every open person, not a sample. Team, beside Quality, is for agency managers: open cases, items to review, the oldest one and replies waiting over a working day per consultant, and what was billed per client against the people added.
Viewers don't see Reports. Agency members see their clients' reports whatever their role.
The monthly report's Services delivered lists, per household and relocation service, what the client authorised (the tier, the approved estimate) and what was delivered (the topic's steps, appointments held, days of home search, nights of temporary housing, schools, the orientation day), and flags work beyond what was authorised. It is a record for the client, not an invoice.
