Engagement and parties: who does what
Say how a person is engaged (a direct hire, a placement, a posting, a service or a subcontract), name the companies that take part, and see each one's duties.
- 1Choose how the person is engagedDetails → Engagement & parties: Direct hire, Placement, Posting, Service or Subcontract. A change shows what the plan becomes before you apply it.
- 2Name the partiesAdd a party: the employer, a placement office, the client company, a main contractor, a subcontractor or a representative in the country, with its country, registration number and contact person. Each one shows its duties: who files the permit, who declares the posting, who keeps the social security certificate, who checks the posting and who may answer for a subcontractor.
- 3Invite a placement officeFor a placement, Invite the placement office copies a link. The office then works on this case only (steps, documents, notes) and never sees billing. A placement office may not charge candidates for finding them a job.
- 4Check a posted worker as the clientWhere the country asks a client to check a posting service provider or subcontractor, the case gets steps: the posting declaration (upload the receipt or record it on the party), its representative in the country, and the posting's dates and certificate, so the 12 and 18 month clock and the certificate's limit are watched. Posting checks on the card shows where each stands.
- 5Routes under a bilateral agreementWhen the person's passport and the country have an agreement Settio knows, the card shows its route, the yearly cap and whether its list of occupations is confirmed. A list not yet read from the official text says so; Settio never guesses it.
Engagement & parties is an early feature: ask us to switch it on for your workspace.
Contact persons are kept as personal data: they are removed when the case is anonymised and never sent through the API.
