Hires & cases
The timeline: what happened and what's next
One list per person of what happened and what's coming: the same for everyone on the case, with each person seeing only their part.
- 1Where it livesOn the person page, the Activity tab, Full log. In the portal, Home links to "What's done and what's next". A vendor sees it under the topics assigned to them.
- 2What's nextThe next five due steps, appointments, the authority's deadlines (a request for more documents, the appeal deadline), the permit's end date, the 14-, 30- and 90-day check-ins and the end-of-move survey, and the automatic document reminders. Red is late, amber is due within a week.
- 3What's doneEverything that happened, newest first: steps done, documents checked, decisions, the arrival, notes, plan changes, and how many messages were sent each day (never what they say). Who opened a document stays in the permit report, not here.
- 4Who sees whatAdmins and Members see everything (Viewers all but messages). Employers (the people at a company whose cases an agency runs) don't see health, family or relocation details, billing or messages. The employee sees their own and their family's items in plain words, without your notes, document-check findings, billing or monitoring. A vendor sees only their topics.
