Sponsor duties: reporting changes

Where the employer sponsors the permit (the Netherlands' recognised sponsor), every change it must report gets a dated step.

  1. 1Record the changeRecord the end of the employment (Permit card → Leaving), a new salary, role or employer on the person's details, or let your HR system send it.
  2. 2Get the report stepThe case gets a step to report the change to the authority, due four weeks after it, with the official page.
  3. 3See it on the Permit cardThe Permit card shows the report that is due first, how many days are left and the source.
  4. 4Mark it reportedOnce the report is made, Mark as reported closes the step and the Story keeps who did it and when.

A salary month below the income criterion carries the same report and its date in its own step.

When the employment ends, the step also says until when to keep the person's file: five years after the sponsorship ends, ready to show the authority.

Only countries whose content states such a duty show these steps; elsewhere nothing changes.
