Vendors and employee services: bank, insurance, housing
Keep one list of your vendors. Employees see them in the portal when they need a bank, insurance or a union, and you assign them relocation topics on a case.
- 1Add your vendorsSettings → Company details → Vendors → Add vendor: the name, what employees get, a link, the contact, the services it covers in the portal and the relocation topics it handles. Admins and Members can manage the list.
- 2When employees see themHousing from the first day of applying; home insurance, phone and transport in the first week; the bank once the ID card is done; the union when employment starts; language courses, gym and pension advice later (in Sweden also a-kassa). Your vendor shows first, labelled as yours (a recommended one before the others), with the neutral way to do it under it.
- 3General guidanceUnder your vendors, the portal shows the neutral way (the public housing queue, "any bank works"). Switch a category off in the same card to show only your vendors there. Nothing about the employee is sent to anyone.
- 4In each countryHousing, insurance, phone, transport, bank, union, gym and pension advice are offered in every country. A-kassa and Swedish courses (SFI) are Sweden's and show only on Swedish cases. The general guidance under your vendors is written per country; where Settio has none yet, the portal shows only your own vendors.
- 5On a caseCase file → Relocation → Vendors → Add a vendor: pick one from your list, or "Add new vendor" to add it to the list on the way. Then assign it topics. With the email of someone who uses Settio, their workspace sees only the topics you assign to them.
- 6See what they set upWhen the employee taps "I did this", the person's Case file gets a Services section and the Timeline logs it.
Removing a vendor that's on a case archives it: it stays on those cases and can be restored from the list.
Settio takes no fee from vendors and there are no paid placements.
