Connect your HR and hiring systems
When an offer is accepted in your hiring system, a draft case appears in Settio automatically.
- 1Pick your systemSettings → Connections to other tools → choose Teamtailor, Greenhouse, BambooHR, Personio, HiBob or Slack and enter the connection details.
- 2Hires arrive as draftsNew hires show up as drafts. Nothing starts until someone in HR looks at them.
- 3ActivateCheck the details and turn the draft into a case. The country starts on the one your hiring system sent, else your primary country, and you can change it. The plan is built as usual.
Payroll and HR changes can also come in through the API, and webhooks tell your systems what happens (Settings → API and webhooks).
Connected Slack posts new cases, requests for more documents, decisions, permit findings, expiring permits and employment ends.
